Admission Process

    

 We have commenced our admissions for the AY 2024-25 which will be open for Nursery to Grade 9

 You are requested to fill the Enquiry Form to enable us to schedule a personal appointment with a member of the Admission Team. Once we receive the completed Enquiry Form, we will be sharing the time slot for a personal appointment via email/ phone call.

 These personal appointments will comprise a detailed presentation about the school, ancillary services and the curriculum for the grade applying as well as an opportunity to collect the Admission Kit. Also, we will be sharing all the required details about our vision, program and answer your queries which you may have about settling into a new learning environment at SVM.

 On submission of a completed Application form for Admission to the office, we will schedule a baseline assessment for the learner which will enable us to understand the child’s learning level.

  • The acceptance of admission will be communicated to you via a personal call and email.
  • Submission of enquiry form does not imply confirmed admission.
  • For admission in Nursery for session 2024-25, the ward must complete 3 years as on 31/12/2024.
  • Please ensure the registration form is complete in every respect.
  • Any wrong information or non-disclosure may lead to non-admission or cancellation of admission.

List of Required Documents

Please refer to the list of required documents needed at the time of filling the registration form:

  1. Birth certificate (Original) of the ward.
  2. Recent formal photograph of the ward and the parents
    1. The image should be less than 3 months old
    2. The image should be against white background
    3. The image should not be blurred
    4. The image should be in portrait format in 3 cm x 4 cm size
    5. The image should be in a formal studio setting
  3. Aadhaar Card of the ward and the parents.
  4. Residential Address Proof Copy.
  5. School Leaving Certificate (Original) of the ward (applicable for grades 2 and above).
  6. Caste Certificate of the ward and the parents. (If applicable)
  7. Previous two year’s report cards and mid-term assessment copy for the current year (applicable for classes Sr. KG and above).
  8. PAN Card of the parents.
  9. If not uploaded at the time of registration, the ward’s Aadhaar card no. and self-attested copy of Aadhaar card need to be submitted within 30 days of admission confirmation.
